Since I don't have photos. here is something I shot in echo pit a year and a half ago after heavy rains moved through the area. The beginning is echo pit, normally. not THAT wet, lol.
The first half of the video was a trip up to a 108' dome that we used a climbing pole to get to a mid level. This trip was to bring the climbing pole out of the cave, which we did. The 2nd half was heading upstream through the rushing water. Its normally NOT this wet, nor is a wetsuit required.
