vendors

Does anyone know if there is any more space for additional vendors or who I would talk to about being one? I would like to do a fundraiser for Berome Moore cave and I would also like to sell some of my cave related products as well. I have emailed a few people and I have messaged BATL grotto on Facebook as well but no answer yet and with the date coming up soon I would like to know what I need to do.
