We have had many question regarding the menu. Hot and spicy is , leaves a little heat in the mouth not the sweat on the forehead and burn in the gut.
Because all people have a different tolerances to the heat, I am going mild with sides to bring up to your level of heat.
Sept 1. is the deadline for pre registration. Right know I am planning, no banquet tickets at the door.
